A video shared on X claims to show singer Taylor Swift leaving the Super Bowl.

Verdict: Misleading

The video is from 2023. It is not from the 2025 Super Bowl.

Fact Check:

Swift watched her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, play in the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to the Seattle Times. The Eagles won the Super Bowl, denying the Chiefs a chance to win three straight Super Bowls, a record.

Social media users are claiming that she left the Super Bowl early. One user wrote, “BREAKING: Taylor Swift has left the Super Bowl early after watching a pitiful performance by the chiefs and refs.”

This video, though, is from 2023. Through a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found that the video is from October 2023. It shows her leaving MetLife. The Chiefs played the New York Jets that day.

“And here is Taylor Swift leaving MetLife tonight,” reads the tweet. (RELATED: Video Claims To Show Palestinian Woman Resisting Israeli Attempt To Bulldoze Her Home)

Swift and Kelce have been dating for over a year, according to Page Six.
